She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friends, Jason and Natalie Costello; her parents, Patricia Rowe of Baker City and Lane Williams of Midvale, Idaho; her siblings, Karen Williams of Southport and Steve Williams (Constance) of Portland; her nieces, Irene Williams of Portland and Erica Williams Potter of Wales; and her uncles, Jim Rowe of Washington, Bob Rowe of Twin Falls, Idaho and Rod Ditman of Washington.
