Schmidtgall in Athena, Oregon, born in Lind, Washington, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Thomas and Hilda Thompson Thomas; her husband Garrett Schmidtgall; and her siblings, Harry, Stan, Hazel and Harriett.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Johnson (Dave), Gary Schmidtgall (Kathleen) and David Schmidtgall (Kathy); and also Amanda.
Due to COVID restrictions on gatherings and the inclement weather, a private graveside service will be held.
