She was predeceased by: her father Keith Hasenbank; and her brother Scott. She is survived by: her mother Iva Hopie Hasenbank (Worsham) of Pendleton, OR; her siblings, Tim of Beaverton, OR, Ken (Janell) of Adams, OR, Monty of Pendleton, OR and Connie Hasenbank of Eugene, OR.; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Kelsey (Thomas), Jazlynne Whitehorn, Clell, Sean, Chris, Greylund and Conner Hasenbank.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to ABC Ministries Daycare and After School.
