She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Moore and Mae Moore; her husband Clarence William Ashbaugh (Bill); her son Bill Jo; and her siblings, Ethel, Gladys, Hazel, Marjorie, Dorothy, Edna, Wilma, Naomi, Harley, Lawrence, Andy, Forest and Don.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Castro (Tom) and Kandy Reiss (Kai); her grandchildren, Anthony Kelly (Jackie Fretcher), Sara Kelly (Olajuwon Jones), Colton Ashbaugh (Diana), Jerry Castro (Meredith) and David Castro (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Hunter Kelly, Layla Kelly, Olajuwon Jones Jr., Loretta, Colton Jr., James, Bill Ashbaugh, Malynne and J. D. Castro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ginny's name to a charity of one's choice.
