He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryle Hemmert and Lewis Hemmert; his stepson Lanny Wilson; and his wife Loretta Hemmert. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Janet Gau of Clarkston and Penny Olsen (Art Olsen) of Astoria; and his daughter-in-law Toni Wilson of Astoria. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
