He is survived by: his significant other Coreen Bergholm; his children, Heidi Presthus, Donna Delgado, Lynnette Shaw (Mark Goldberg) and Ronnie Crank (Marlena Prettyman Crank); his granddaughter Kristen Lawson; his cousins, Cole Presthus (Judy) and Jill Calmar (Doug); his sister-in-law Lisa Burdge (Don); and his nephew Christopher Burdge.
