It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee Vice of Astoria, Oregon, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Vice (Ike) and Gail Vice; his sisters, Mary Parker and Jan Hubbard (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Laura Parker (Tyler Lyngsted), Jill (Mike), Sarah Weinstein, Brenda Esser (Jim Burnet), Scotty Parker (Haylee Dundas) and Jameson Landwehr.
