It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertru Kinnunen (Astoria, Oregon), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benjamin Sigfrid and Ida Johanna Huhtonen Palo; her husband Roy Elmer Kinnunen; her children, Jack Kinnunen of Astoria and Ellen Austin (Gary) of Grapevine, Texas; her grandchildren, Laila Kinnunen, Alexsi Kinnunen, Joseph Austin, Erika Austin and Angela Lister (Si); and her great grandchildren, Dylan, James, Kamryn Lister and Desmond Johnson. She was also cherished by her three children.
