She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Spiker and Ellen Spiker; and her brothers, Darrell, Donald, Dale and Delmar.
She is survived by: her daughter Ronda Puro of Gearhart; and her sister Diane Williams of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by one nephew; two nieces; and two great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lower Columbia Hospice in Astoria in lieu of flowers.
