Carl Delmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Delmer (Astoria, Oregon), who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olof and Anna; and his wife Maryann. He is survived by: his children, Dick Boman of Astoria and Carol Atwood (Tom) of Astoria; his grandson Andy Lindstrom of Astoria; and his sister-in-law Jean Mattson of Richmond, Texas. He is also survived by four nieces and two cousins in the U. S., plus numerous cousins.
He was a lifetime member of the Astoria Elks Lodge No. 180, and American Legion Post No. 12, plus he was a longtime driver who transported blood to the American Red Cross Blood Donation Center in Portland.
