It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Rochat Berney of Astoria, Oregon, born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Berney Gault (Whitney) and Harry Berney; his brother Donald; his wife Kristina Berney; his children, Laura Boughton, Mark Berney (Kathleen) and Steven Berney (Theresa); his grandchildren, Devina, Orion, Brendan, Fineas, Emma and Olivia; and his brother Charles Berney (Carole) of Watertown, Massachusetts. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bruce Rochat Berney, of Astoria, died peacefully in his sleep on July 27, 2020, due to complications from COVID-19.
