He is survived by: his son William of Lyme; his grandchildren, Owen, Charlie of Portland, OR and Carla; his daughter-in-law Teresa of San Jose, CA; his brother Eric of Anchorage; and his significant other Patricia Sempowich of Ashland, OR..

Donations in Tim's name may be made to the Ashland Culture of Peace Commission and the Ashland Emergency Food Bank.
