It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Ray Shinn (Ashland, Oregon), born in Grass Valley, California, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Shinn and Iola Shinn (Eisley). He is survived by: his wife Roberta Shinn (Kline); and his children, Garland Shinn Jr. (Margie) of Wilsonville, OR, Nate Shinn (Muriel) of Phoenix, OR, Rhoda Denning (Tom) of Gold Beach, OR and Rachel Olstad (Brent) of Phoenix, OR. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
