It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zelma Mae Whitaker of Albany, Oregon, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carroll and Mary Carroll (Resner); her husband Robert Whitaker; her son Sheldon; and her siblings, Archer, Walter, Richard and Alma.

She is survived by: her children, Jan (Fred Shaffer) and Michael Imbler. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
