He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William L. Bivens and Gertie Bivens (King); his wife Winnie; his sons, Kenneth and Terry; and his sisters, Lucille, Virgie and Trecia. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
