We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2019, at the age of 91, Vera Marcella Chipman Bowers (Albany, Oregon), born in Jefferson, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Glaser and Mary Glaser (Super); her children, Debby Moorman (Dave), Jan Chipman (Gail) and Chris Chipman (Robin); her brothers, Dennis and Roger; her husbands, Harold Chipman and Donald Bowers; and her sister Wanda. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
