He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Charlotte Locke; and his aunt Kathleen Deeter-Manchester. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Locke and Mary Locke; his family Taylor; his sister Elizabeth Locke; his grandparents, Paul and Judy Deeter; his great-grandparent Shirley Jones; and his aunts and uncles, David Locke (late Karen), Kerry Abbott (Tim), Daniel Deeter (Selena) and Laura Arango (Leticia Navarro). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oregon State University Foundation ("OSU Foundation"), Psychology Scholars Award Fund, 4238 SW Research Way, Corvallis, OR 97333-1068 to continue Taylor's legacy of learning.
