He was predeceased by: his brother Gary. He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Eugene Chase and Judith Gail Chase (Kunkle); his wife Sherry Lee Hanley; his children, Larissa Chase of North Bend, Racheal Chase of Eugene and Charlene Bostian (Troy) of Lebanon; and his siblings, Floyd Chase (Joy), Pete Chase, Jill Chase of Goldendale, WA, Gail McAdams and Carolyn Berry (Tom) of Salem. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
