He is survived by: his wife Betty Richardson; his sisters, Irene Mitchell, Ardi Crowley and Keeta Dotter; and his children, Doug Ellison (Lynda), Scott Ellison (Myrna) and Peggy Luke (Steve Luke). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
