He is survived by: his wife Anita Hartzler; his sister Grace Johnson of Rockford, IL; and his children, Krysta Keene (Derren), Jeffrey Lindberg of Cedar Rapids, IA, Elena Hunter of Los Angeles, CA and Alex Lindberg of Lebanon, Oregon. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
