Maxine Lee wrote a sympathy message

“Penny was a fun friend to be with and an inspiring member of our bead group in Albany. She will be remembered for her classiness, her life stories, and her precision with wire working. I am grieved that her last year of life was so difficult and always admired her for how she was able to attack the changes in her life so easily. Blessings on her and her family of whom she was so proud, Maxine Lee”
