It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Cowley of Albany, Oregon, born in Roseburg, Oregon, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Smith and Ada Smith; her children, Dana Wells, Debra Emerson and Jeff Cowley; her son-in-law George Wells; her grandchildren, Tara Johnson and Niki Cowley; her great grandchildren, Alexis Johnson and Jordynn Cowley; her husband Dan; and her sister Sallie Rowlee.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
