It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann (Leys) Spoon (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Leys and Helen Leys (Hudson). She is survived by: her brothers, Tom and Wally; her former husband James A Cunningham; her children, Patricia Schlegel (Dennis) of Albany, James Cunningham of Beaverton, Kim Bardin (Randy) of Albany, Helen Williams (Rod) of Wilsonville and Michael Cunningham; her husband Lloyd Spoon; her grandson Corey Cunningham; and her brothers, Kenneth Leys (Tom) and Walter Leys.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ALS foundation and Alzheimer foundation in her memory.
