With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owen S Casper of Albany, Oregon, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Owen S Casper to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Casper and May Lucetta Casper (Stoddard); his brother Jack Casper; and his great grandchild Henry O. Hansell. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Linda Cochenour (Michael), Gary Casper (Tammy), Tammy Scofield (Dallas) and Rod Casper (Uegean Marshall); his brother Milton Elden Casper; and his caregiver Tammy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his memory to Evergreen Hospice or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Missionary Funds in care of Fisher Funeral Home.
