“Neal was a kind gentle man who loved his family and friends .He will be forever missed he touched our lifes we were blessed to know Neal.He treated everyone with such respect if you needed help all you needed to do was pick up the phone..He know how to fix anything and if not he would surely try .The lord blessed him with so many talents I love the part where he never looked down on anyone.Neal wasnt a good friend he was a best friend to all who knew him.Till we meet again love you our friend.”
