He was predeceased by: his father Frank Nordyke; and his sister Karen Warren (Jon). He is survived by: his mother Harriet Nordyke (Eagleson); his wife Patty; his children, Todd and Alison; and his sister Denise Munson (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
