It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Merle Jay Kauffman (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kauffman and Allie Kauffman (Miller); his brother Leon (Helen); and his pet Doc. He is survived by: his wife Nyla; his sister Miriam Neuschwander (Oren); and his children, Krissy Faulkner (David), Greg Kauffman (Debbie), Vicki Lynn (Isaac Ybarra), April Huffman (Steve), Holly Schamp (Frank), Todd Hummel and Sean Hummel (Christal). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, grandchildren, 7 bonus great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kellogg Spring Camp or Work and Witness Missions at Grace Point.
