He was predeceased by: his father John "Jay" Leeds Suhaka; and his grandfather John Suhaka. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Suhaka (Parkins) of Philomath; his wife Cherie Suhaka; his children, Jasmine Lee, John Jay and Jesse (Ticia); his granddaughter Leilani Quinn Stafford of Guam; his grandmother Eileen Suhaka of Florida; his brother Greg Edmaiston (Karen Dunn); his nieces and nephews, McKenna and Kylie Edmaiston; his sister Diana Saladino (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Sidney and Adri of Salem; his cousin Christine; his aunt Patricia Corwin (Jack) of Corvallis; his pets, Atticus and Fili; and also Destiny Kramer.
