It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl E. Humiston (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Wheeler and Katharine Zener Humiston; his sisters, Ruth Marshall of Leyba and Susan Chapp of Grants Pass; his son Mark Humiston; and his grandson Eric French.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rich (Buerge) of Salem; his children, Karen Grisinger, Jenny Lynn French and Scott Rich; and his grandchildren, Michael, John, Matthew, Thomas and Frederick Humiston. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren.
