It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Juvenal (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa of Philomath; his siblings, Julia Turner of Philomath and Preston of Dallas; and his son Jeremy. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
