He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Phelan. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Phelan; his siblings, Sue Ann Muir (Jeff) and Rod Phelan (Jodie); and his nieces, Mallory Phelan, Hailey Phelan, Sarah Phelan and Flores.
