He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Luttrell and Mildred Luttrell; and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Luttrell; and his children, Jessica Smith of Corvallis, Jamie Fuller of Albany, Joy Taylor of Sweet Home, Jake Luttrell of Ione, Jill Morris of Albany and JoAnna Luttrell of Albany.
