It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Quigley of Albany, Oregon, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Shelton Hopkins and Ida Hopkins (Dale); her children, Rod (Traci) of Scio, OR and Janet Lemarte; her siblings, Joe, Mike, Lorraine, Shirley and Glenda; her granddaughter Nicole (Chris Halverson); her great grandchildren, Abraham and Finley of Manhattan, MT; her grandson Nolan (Sadie Quigley); her great grandchildren, Gavin, Kinlee and Taytum of Albany; her granddaughter Kati (Stephen Lien); her great grandchildren, Khloe, Asher, Sawyer, Drake and Ollie of Lebanon, OR.; her husband Richard Quigley; and her sister Belva.
