He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Smith (Mark), Jeanne Wall (Roger) and Joanne Barkhau (Ken); his grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Justin Smith (Megan), Jennifer Wymore (Ryan), Roger Rhodes Wall (Natalie), Forrest Wall (Brianna), John Zaleski and Julia Zaleski; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Smith, Julianna Smith, Lucy Jude Wall, Landry Smith and Laurel Smith.
