She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wolfer and Mary Wolfer (Mayberry); her husband Earl Baker (Junior); and her son Rodney E. Baker. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Weger (Jim) of Brownsville and Rose Baker of Ashland; and her sister Rhoda Olsen of Roseburg, Oregon.. She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren, and other family members.

Donations can be made in Dee's honor to the Brownsville Fire Protection District in care of Fisher Funeral Home.
