She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Harms of Sutherlin, OR; her grandson Karsyn; her siblings, Kathy Hair, Merrilee Parsons and Anthony Parsons of Eugene, OR; and her caregiver Nicole Miles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
