She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wesley Moore and Betty Lou Moore Goff (Collins); and her brother Richard Wesley Moore, Jr. of Medford. She is survived by: her husband Terrill Plagmann; her daughters, Toni Gile of Beaverton, Traci Anderson (Roger Anderson) of Salem and Teri Plagmann (David); her grandchildren, Alexander Estifanos Anderson, Wyndell Jaylen Durham and Wynter Lynne Durham; and her close friend Ruth Alderson.
