Carla Phillips Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Phillips (Albany, Oregon), born in Dickinson, North Dakota, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern Anton and Carl Anton; and her husband David E. Phillips. She is survived by: her former husband Patrick Binek; her children, Scott Binek, Kari Binek and Julie Binek-Walton; her grandchild Harlie Walton; and her brother Rick (Dianne). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many caring friends.
