He is survived by: his wife Patricia Olsen; his children, James Olsen (Cathy), Robert Olsen, Susan Elmer (Steve) and Karen Kelley (Brad); and his grandchildren, Melissa Ingemanson (Nathan), Morgan, Eric Olsen, Madeline, Stuart Elmer, Taylor and Porter Kelley.
