He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Koch (Jeremy) of Dayton and Julie Thurber of Albany; his grandchildren, Chevelle Valdez (Kyle) of Roseburg, Lexus Entizne of Albany, Gavin Koch of Dayton and Kodee Koch (Kelsea) of McMinnville; his great grandchildren, Rosy, Raylen Allen and Frankie; and his siblings, Marlys Burn of Forest Grove, Judy Moore of Smith Rock, Gayle Thurber of Prineville, Ronnie of Albany, Kurt of Albany, Bruce of Albany and Gene of Corvallis. He is also survived by friend and grandpa to her children and grandchildren.
