It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Hinck-Balderston of Adrian, Oregon, born in Moab, Utah, who passed away on May 18, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vontella Lorraine Nielson and Joseph Oliver Wheeler; her former husband Neil; her son Rusty Lee Hinck; her son-in-law Larry Nelson; and her siblings, Dean, Kenneth Wheeler, Judy Atwood and Bonnie Nebeker.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Clyde Balderston; her children, Troy Hinck (Terri), Linda Crawford (Dave), Emmett, Deby Mashburn (Launie), Adrian, Brenda Harper (Mike), Tammy Warr (Chris), Teresa Jardine (Mike) and Sherry Brotherson (Doug); her brother Fred Wheeler (Sharon) of Kuna; and her stepchildren, Jeana, Mark and Lisa. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

“Normal was my friend for years while we were growing up. We lived on the Wilson Mesa as neighbors, in Moab, Utah. I love her and lost contact for years. I am 85 and just was looking for her and found out she had gone to to Heavenly Home. She had a great influence on me and my joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints back in 1955. I have tried to make contact with her before and so sorry I missed telling her that. Blessing to all of you, Mary”
