She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Worsham and Hopie Worsham (Dunn); her siblings, Jim, Gary Worsham, Joan Hardy and Ollie Borgmann (Keith Hasenbank); and her children, Scott Hasenbank and Cathy Hasenbank.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Hasenbank; her siblings, Margie Mitchell (Bob), Ira Worsham (Linda) and Frank Worsham (Mickie); her nieces and nephews, Tim Hasenbank of Beaverton, Ken Hasenbank (Janell) of Adams, Monty Hasenbank of Pendleton and Connie Hasenbank of Yoncalla, OR.; and her grandchildren, Danielle Hasenbank (Brandy), Kelsey Thomas (Kyle), Jazlynne Whitehorn, Clell Hasenbank (Molly), Sean Hasenbank, Chris Hasenbank, Greylund Hasenbank and Conner Hasenbank.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Vange John Memorial Hospice.
