She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Violet Fisher and John Orville Fisher; and her sisters, Betty Fern Tucker and Phyllis Bonewell. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wood; her daughter Kerri Hoffman (Chris); her grandchildren, Mason Meier (Angela), Ryleigh Meier, Hannah Hoffman and Ryan Hoffman (Kristen); and her sister Kay Patton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Methodist Church (222 NW 15th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73103).
