She was predeceased by: her parents, William Norris and Ruth Smith; and her husband L. D. Maxey. She is survived by: her sister Ilene McNeil of Bethany, Oklahoma; her children, DeWayne Maxey of Yukon, Jim Maxey (Priscilla) of Yukon, Oklahoma and Leigh Ann Rausch (Kyle Rausch) of Newalla, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Shannon Carrico of Woodward, Oklahoma, Kelli Dever of Yukon, Oklahoma, Amanda Chandler (Matt) of Norman, Oklahoma, Amy Hood (Jeremy) of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Bryan Maxey (LaGena) of Yukon, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home (1500 W Vandament Ave, Yukon, OK 73099). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Yukon (15 S 6th St, Yukon, OK 73099). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Yukon Cemetery (660 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, OK 73099).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Yukon.
