The world bids farewell to Phy Thavisak of Yukon, Oklahoma, departing on April 7, 2025 at the age of 91. Phy leaves behind memories cherished by the community. In the vast expanse of eternity, Phy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Douangdee; and her children, Vongphet, Manivanh, Boonthone, Thouy, Thep, Noy, Khamla and Kham. She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren in America, five grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel (1500 W Vandament Ave, Yukon, OK 73099).
