He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Owen L. White, Sr., Beulah F. White and Sharon Larkin; and his niece Elyse Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Katie Bonham (Parks); his mother Kristie Bonham; his sister Kayla Bonham; his father Kevin Bonham (Audrey); his grandfather Patrick Larkin; his parents-in-law, Frank and Sharon Parks; his sister-in-law Jennifer Shelton (Trey); his niece Kenley; and his nephew Fisher. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
