She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Piter and Gladys Piter (Humphrey); her husband Ralph Eugene Doutey; her brothers, Jim Piter, Steve Piter, Wesley Piter and Kraston Colby; and her spouse Amanda Colby.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Doutey (Nancy) of Tulsa, OK, Tim Doutey (Kristin) of Yukon, OK and Amy Lazarus (Mac) of Mustang, OK; her granddaughters, Amanda Colby and Patricia Guinn (Sean); her children, Eric Doutey (Ashley), Michael Doutey, Andrew Doutey (Sarah), Tabitha Doutey, Brandi Elder (Zach), Blake Lazarus and Beth Lazarus; and her great grandchildren, Benedict Colby, Rosemary Colby, Gabriel Colby, Eleanor Colby, Logan Guinn, Wyatt Guinn, Oliver Doutey, Owen Doutey, Annistyn Doutey, Laikyn Doutey, Maddelyn Doutey and Macy Elder.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Oklahoma City in the memory of Norma Jo Doutey.
