He is survived by: his wife Amelia Ragland (Amy); his son Leon Kelvin Ragland (Jamie Ragland); his grandchildren, Brittney Miller and Brandon Ragland; his great grandchild Halen Miller; and his sisters, Winnie Gather and Anita Zavadil. He is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
