He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lonnie, Louella Smith of Ada, OK, Helen and William "Sleepy" Miller of Newport, TN. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Dean and Linda Smith of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, Stephen Smith (Lisa Reed) of Edmond, OK and Melissa Kenny (Tim Kenny) of Edmond, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Haley Smith, Lela Smith, Ashtyn Kenny, Evyn Kenny, Miller Dean Smith and Nakoby "Koby" Kenny. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
