He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Walt Frey and Melinda Frey; his grandfather Ralph Mitchell; and his uncle William Russell Mitchell. He is survived by: his sister Emily; his brother-in-law Dr. Lance Forshee of Northwest Arkansas; his aunt Carla Mitchell of Tom, Oklahoma; his grandmother Ramona Mitchell of Tom, Oklahoma; his aunt Michele; his uncle Gene Summerlin of Fairfax Station, Virginia; his cousins, Katy Summerlin and Jon Baron of Alexandria, Virginia; and also, Billy Don Sikes, Christal Prince, Bo Slider, Brad Morse, Dr. Gretchen Adams, Russel, Debbie Scott and Bryan Morrison.
